StarHub aspired to establish itself as a brand synonymous with connection during Chinese New Year. In response, we presented three film scripts, hoping that one would resonate. We got more than what we bargained for when the client bought all three, rolling them out in successive years—transforming a single pitch into a multi-year storytelling journey.


2018:



Our parents worry about us incessantly, because in their eyes, we will always be their baby - even as we start our own families. What if we can remind people that while growing up is a fact of life, whether we grow apart from our family is a choice?

2016:



During Chinese New Year, it is customary for young people to greet elders with lucky greetings and oranges in exchange for a red packet. But how does one know the right greeting to say when they only meet their extended family once a year?
