The RSAF comprises exceptional individuals who form a cohesive and formidable force.
To showcase the diverse roles within the air force beyond pilots, we highlighted various RSAF personnel in action, providing multiple perspectives on a range of vocations.
Each campaign touchpoints points to the RSAF ‘One Force’ app, unlocking unique challenges for each vocation, so that our potential recruits can engage and explore the respective fields that intrigued them.

Notes:
As a fresh art director on a huge campaign, I was tasked with the series of recruitment posters, storyboarding as well as shoot under the supervision of a senior team. There was a lot to sponge on as the more junior member on the team, especially when it came to production and filming at highly classified air bases.

Mobile Game:
All campaign touchpoints lead our potential recruits to the ‘One Force’ mobile game where they get to learn more about each vocation within the RSAF.
Players construct their own air base from scratch within the game, assembling a personalized air force equipped with fighter planes, advanced weapon systems, and skilled pilots. Throughout the gameplay, players gain insights into the diverse roles within the RSAF. They earn points via engaging in dogfights with other players to unlock additional military assets.
